Our 35,000 sq. ft. Toronto facility is fully equipped with state-of-the-art CNC
machines that provide the precision, speed and repeatability to consistently
produce parts on time to extremely close tolerances. Going far beyond simple
"pass/fail" inspection, our Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) can map
and characterize complex part attributes to within a few microns.
These sophisticated inspection machines enable us to generate a significant
amount of quality data that is both monitorable and manageable. Inspection
data is always available to enable us to verify and validate your production
parts should any concern arise.

All parts also undergo strict non-destructive testing procedures,
and we ensure that plating processes conform to our tight
tolerance specifications.
