To better position ourselves as a preferred supplier to the aerospace industry 2Source
has made significant investments in lean initiatives. In our dedication to lean principles, 2Source has adopted the Toyota Production System to reduce time and waste
and to respond rapidly to growing demand and increased product complexity.
To this end, 2Source has integrated sales and customer service into its lean
manufacturing process. Our customer focused Program Managers are responsible for managing a part order through the entire value stream from quotation, through production, to shipping.

2Source is also working towards achieving best practices in “one-piece flow” manufacturing — producing and moving small batches of bushings through processing steps with as few interruptions as possible,
