2Source Manufacturing Inc., is an AS9100 certified leader in precision machined bushings and bushing-like parts for aircraft landing gears. We are the OEM supplier on major platforms supplying point of use kits to our customers’ assembly process.

We have also developed a loyal and growing MRO customer base that looks to us as a valued and strategic outsourcing partner for their total landing gear bushing overhaul needs.

2Source has the expertise, proprietary manufacturing systems and standardized lean processes in place to produce landing gear bushings with the shortest lead times and at the best possible prices.

We are committed to maintaining our quality and delivery leadership: achieving 99.98% defect free performance and 99% on-time delivery respectively for both our OEM and MRO customers.

We have been able to reduce our customers’ aircraft costs and take days off their lead times by delivering the full range of aircraft bushing options needed for each platform’s unique landing gear replacement requirements.

We manufacture landing gear bushings by platforms,
in kits and as one-offs:

1. Fully Processed MRO Standard-size Bushings.
    Ready for installation in corrosion-free bores of landing gear components.

2. Unprocessed MRO Super-oversize Bushings.
    For installation in corroded bores of landing gear components using 2Source Quick
Finish Technology (patent pending) for final sizing.

3. Rapid Response MRO One-off Bushings.
    Custom-size landing gear bushings, processed or unprocessed, in
accelerated lead times.

And to provide additional capacity and enable continued lead time reduction we are implementing a 17 million dollar capital expenditure plan over the next three years that is partially funded by the Government of Ontario

2Source has been licensed by Boeing to manufacture and sell 737, 747, 757, 767 and 777 axle and brake sleeves and other land gear parts sell directly to airlines and MROs worldwide

We hold a Transport Canada/ FAA Production Airworthiness Certificate.
