As part of our ongoing cost-saving strategy for our customers, we intend to be
manufacturing bushings in Poland in the first quarter of 2011.

The heart of our “two source” implementation is standard work. We have
developed standard work for all our processes. And we have devoted
much time and energy to training on this standard work. As a result
we will effectively mirror the 2Source model in Poland.
